Responsibilities

• Interviews patients to obtain and document demographic and financial information.
• Collects co-pays/deductibles and records receipts for third-party billing.
• Assist in scheduling, referrals, and care coordination per protocol.
• Enter orders accurately into the clinical system and verify insurance data.
• Provide patient education and direct inquiries to appropriate departments.
