Job summary

Living Spaces Furniture is hiring a Sleep Center Manager in Irvine, CA to lead the mattress sales team and drive guest engagement. You will coach staff, manage scheduling, and ensure excellent guest satisfaction while meeting revenue targets.

You will partner with store leadership to implement the guest engagement model, develop talent, and maintain the Sleep Center as a store-within-a-store concept under Living Spaces branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5 years in a customer-facing environment; 3 years of management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and store operations.
• Experience leading large teams and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and scheduling to meet workload and productivity goals.
• Develop and mentor team; manage onboarding and training.
• Lead and coach to build high-performing teams.
• Achieve monthly sales per hour and revenue targets on the floor.
• Own store operations and drive alignment with SOPs and processes.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and guest engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership across departments and market peers.
