Job summary

Living Spaces in Irvine is seeking a Sleep Center Manager to drive mattress category success by meeting targets and delivering the Living Spaces guest engagement model on the retail floor.

You will lead staffing, training, and development, coach the team, manage performance, and ensure visual standards while achieving Sales Per Hour and revenue goals. The role requires a BA/BS and 5 years direct customer-facing experience, plus 3 years of leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, design, retail management, sales, merchandising, or related field required.
• 5 years' experience in direct customer interactive environment required; high volume.
• 3 years of management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and Scheduling: ensure mattress sales team is fully staffed to meet expectations.
• Training and Development: oversee training and onboarding quality; collaborate on material development.
• Leadership and Team Building: recruit, lead, and develop team members; set clear expectations.
• Sales and Guest Engagement: achieve monthly Sales Per Hour and Revenue targets; manage guest engagements and resolutions.
• Operational Excellence: own the Revive sales floor and SOPs; drive process improvements.
• Collaboration: build relationships with leadership, other Sleep Center Managers, and partners.
