Job summary

Living Spaces Furniture is seeking Sleep Center Sales Managers for our Southern California locations, with training in La Mirada before returning to your home store to lead the mattress team.

You will drive mattress category success by meeting targets, implementing the guest engagement model, conducting regular one-on-one meetings, and maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction as measured by guest surveys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, design, retail management, sales, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• 5 years' experience in direct customer interactive environment, high volume.
• 3 years of management experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and Scheduling: Ensure the mattress sales team is fully staffed with the right talent to meet standard work expectations.
• Training and Development: Ensure all team members complete training and demonstrate the ability to effectively execute company expectations and ongoing training modules.
• Leadership and Team Building: Recruit, lead, and develop all team members, fostering a culture of high-performance teams.
• Sales and Guest Engagement: Attain monthly Sales Per Hour and Revenue targets by actively selling on the retail floor.
