Fortinet is seeking a SLED, Sales Engineer to enable the success of its rapidly growing business. You will qualify leads technically, support sales calls, and demonstrate Fortinet networking solutions.

You’ll also serve as the main technical contact post-sale and provide training while traveling across the territory. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in technical/pre-sales roles, deep LAN/WAN knowledge, and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
• 5–7 years in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration and networking.
• Strong knowledge of RADIUS, PKI, IKE, certificates, IPsec and related protocols.
• Proven sales professional with deep technology sector understanding.
• Familiarity with encryption and authentication technologies.
• Strong presentation skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales: qualify leads technically and understand customer requirements.
• Sales calls: act as primary technical resource during sales conversations.
• Demonstrate networking proficiency and Fortinet value proposition.
• Post-sales: be main technical contact and coordinate with support/engineering.
• Provide post-sales training and ongoing customer assistance.
• Travel throughout the territory to support the business.
