Cynet Health is seeking an Account Manager to grow a portfolio of SLED accounts across Texas and surrounding states. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, coordinating staffing submissions, renewals, and resolving issues to drive revenue growth.

The role requires 5+ years in sales/business development in healthcare staffing, strong relationship skills, and the ability to travel up to 40% across TX, OK, LA, NM, AZ and other Southern states.

Aufgaben

• Own client relationships and account growth across an assigned portfolio of SLED accounts.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and coordinate candidate submissions, contract extensions, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with India-based recruitment and delivery team to align priorities and ensure successful placements.
• Develop and execute account management and business development plans to meet growth objectives.
• Identify procurement opportunities through market research and client engagement and support RFP responses.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers at SLED agencies to position Cynet Health as a preferred staffing partner.
