Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an Account Manager to acquire new business and grow an existing SLED portfolio within Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico, Arizona and other southern states. The role involves traveling up to 40% while leveraging our India-based recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful placements.

You will own client relationships, develop growth plans, and identify staffing opportunities for healthcare staffing solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales and business development experience in healthcare staffing or workforce solutions.
• Experience acquiring new business and growing SLED portfolios is a plus.
• Proven ability to build relationships with client stakeholders and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and drive growth across an assigned SLED portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, coordinate submissions and extensions.
• Collaborate with India-based recruitment and delivery teams to align staffing timelines.
• Develop and execute account management and business development plans to meet growth targets.
• Identify procurement opportunities and help respond to RFPs with tailored solutions.
• Engage with SLED agencies to position Cynet Health as a preferred staffing partner.
• Conduct client visits, present staffing solutions, and pursue expansion opportunities.
• Attend industry events to foster existing relationships and create new opportunities.
