Job summary

Clemson University is seeking a CRM Specialist to implement, maintain, and optimize Slate CRM systems supporting Admissions and Slate Student, with a focus on online degrees and the online student experience. You will translate business needs into system solutions, develop workflows, provide technical assistance, and support data processes across the student lifecycle.

The role collaborates with campus partners, leads diagnostics, project management, training, and ongoing system enhancements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in computer system development and modification.
• Bachelor's degree in a related area may substitute for required work experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics and Support: act as first-level Slate support, collect information, diagnose, triage, provide training and documentation, monitor usage and suggest improvements.
• Project Management: coordinate Slate projects, set expectations, timelines, tasks, meetings, testing and stakeholder feedback.
• Training and Documentation: create/maintain training materials, system docs, and SOPs; train users on Slate functionality and processes.
• Functional Development and Process Optimization: build and maintain Slate functionality for Admissions and Slate Student, improve workflows, data utilization, and ensure FERPA compliance.
