Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Higher Education, Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, Communications, or a related field with 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in admissions, enrollment management, CRM administration, project management, or a related area.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership and project management for initiatives involving the University's Slate CRM.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Information Technology, and other campus stakeholders to identify needs, establish priorities, and implement solutions.
• Lead and support Slate system enhancements, configurations, integrations, and process improvements.
• Evaluate existing recruitment, admissions, and enrollment management processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop, maintain, and improve reports and data processes that support enrollment management decision-making.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving CRM processes, technology, data, and admissions operations.
• Serve as a primary resource for Slate-related questions, troubleshooting, process development, and functional guidance.
• Document CRM processes, workflows, procedures, and institutional knowledge to support long-term sustainability.
• Develop and deliver training for staff who use Slate and related admissions systems.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and cross-training to reduce reliance on individual staff members and strengthen team capacity.
• Establish sustainable processes for managing Slate responsibilities, system knowledge, and ongoing operational needs.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with campus partners to ensure CRM functionality aligns with institutional recruitment, admissions, and enrollment objectives.
• Support change management and adoption of new CRM processes and functionality.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
