• Develop reports and maintain Slate workflows; provide training and troubleshooting.
• Manage Slate projects, establish timelines, and coordinate tasks with stakeholders.
• Create training materials and system documentation; support user adoption and data processes.
• Analyze stakeholder needs and translate into Slate configurations; support security and FERPA compliance.
