Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
3-5+ years of CRM/ERP experience, preferably Slate and Colleague.
Experience building workflows, reports, and dashboards.
Knowledge of enrollment management and student lifecycle processes.
Familiarity with data privacy and security for student records.
Ability to translate business needs into technical CRM requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee Slate daily operations, system performance, configuration, and ongoing optimization.
Serve as the primary administrator for Slate, including user access, profiles, roles, permissions, and routine system administration.
Translate business needs into CRM solutions by developing workflows, queries, reports, and process improvements that support recruitment, admissions, and engagement.
Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into enrollment funnel activity, performance trends, and conversion opportunities.
Coordinate CRM integrations with Colleague and other enterprise systems to promote data flow and accuracy.
