Job summary

The University of Miami, Division of Enrollment Management, is hiring a full-time Application Analyst to work remotely. The Applications Analyst supports Enrollment Management and enrollment software applications with a primary focus on Technolutions Slate CRM.

This role is responsible for maintaining application workflows, ensuring data accuracy, supporting communication plans, and providing advanced troubleshooting for end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required as baseline.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in systems, analytics, or higher education admin.
• Experience working with Slate CRM and enrollment-management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data views and information requests.
• Facilitate secure data transfers for campaigns and outreach projects.
• Install, configure, and test application software and interfaces.
• Develop reports and queries for admissions, scholarships, and financial aid.
• Coordinate system changes and maintenance with IT and partners.
