Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of technical experience and general database concept knowledge required.
• Experience with Slate CRM highly preferred; SQL a plus.
• Experience in Admissions/Higher Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operational support: implement Slate CRM solutions to improve admissions processes and align with Undergraduate Admissions goals; gather requirements, prioritize requests, and document processes.
• Data quality: perform regular audits and extract data from Slate CRM and PeopleSoft to support reporting and data integrity.
• Training: train Undergraduate Admissions staff on Slate CRM and maintain training documentation.
• Security: fulfill Slate CRM security requests and develop annual security audit reviews.
