• Handles inbound customer calls/emails/texts related to delinquency, hardship, complaints, or loan issues.
• Communicates with third-party servicers for account changes or required adjustments.
• Discusses escalated issues with customers via phone or email to resolve complaints.
• Performs skip tracing activities to locate and contact delinquent customers.
• Documents all customer interactions with clear notes and records.
