• 2-3 years of skip tracing and collections experience
• Experience using account management systems and skip tracing tools
• Experience in regulated/compliance-focused environment preferred
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Strong understanding of customer service and back-office processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and account servicing systems
• Strong attention to detail in researching and documenting information
• Ability to follow scripts, workflows, and compliance requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage workload and meet daily productivity goals
• Sound judgement handling sensitive information and escalating issues
• Proven track record delivering seamless customer experiences
• Thrives in a performance coaching environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct skip-tracing to locate customers and update contact information
• Contact customers and third parties to verify status and discuss payment arrangements
• Document account activity accurately and in compliance with policies
• Update records with findings and notes per documentation standards
• Prioritize daily work and meet productivity and quality targets
• Collaborate with collections, customer service, fraud, and operations teams
• Handle daily phone-based collection activity on past-due accounts
