Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of delinquent accounts from 80 days past due to charge-off, applying established collection practices to support payment resolution.
• Conduct inbound/outbound collection activities, negotiate payment arrangements and deferrals.
• Document all activity accurately in servicing systems to ensure compliance and support future collection efforts.
• Ensure activities comply with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while protecting customer privacy.
