Job summary

Palm Beach Tan - North Central Tan, LLC in Minnesota is seeking energetic leaders to manage all day-to-day salon operations and grow a high-performing sales team within a skincare-focused brand.

You will drive customer service, build loyalty, hit daily/weekly/monthly sales quotas, and oversee staff development while maintaining client records and a clean salon environment. Base salary is $32,500/year plus commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Proven customer service experience.
• 2+ years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years of face-to-face sales experience.
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for 7+ hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Managing all day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention
• Meeting team and individual sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Proactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customers
• Increasing customer traffic through local store marketing
• Maintaining up-to-date client billing records, including tracking and reconciling delinquent accounts
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon
• Cash handling, opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
