Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day salon operations including labor control and staff development.
• Meet team and individual sales quotas daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Proactively build loyalty and long-term relationships with customers.
• Increase customer traffic through local store marketing.
• Maintain up-to-date client billing records and reconcile delinquent accounts.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon; handle cash and opening/closing tasks.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.
