Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven customer service experience preferred.
• Two or more years of management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One or more years of face-to-face sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development and retention.
• Meet team and individual sales quotas, tracked daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Build loyalty and long-term relationships with customers.
• Increase customer traffic through local store marketing.
• Maintain up-to-date client billing records and reconcile delinquent accounts.
• Keep salon clean and organized; handle cash, opening/closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.
