Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking outgoing, energetic leaders to represent our brand, build sales teams, and deliver exceptional customer service. This full-time role includes a comprehensive training program to prepare for advancement to management, with an uncapped commission up to 15% of total sales and a base salary of $32,500 per year.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience
• Two or more years of management experience
• One or more years of face-to-face sales experience
• Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Managing all day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention
• Meeting team and individual sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Proactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customers
• Increasing customer traffic through local store marketing
• Maintaining up-to-date client billing records, including tracking and reconciling delinquent accounts
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon
• Cash handling, opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
