Palm Beach Tan in North Dakota is seeking outgoing, energetic leaders to manage day-to-day salon operations, develop sales teams with a focus on increasing profits, provide our clients with exceptional customer service, and cultivate long term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience.
• Two or more years of management experience or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights & weekends.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to stand 7+ hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development and retention.
• Meet sales quotas and drive growth through local store marketing.
• Consult customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Proactively build loyalty and long-term relationships with customers.
• Increase customer traffic through local store marketing.
• Maintain up-to-date client billing records and reconcile delinquent accounts.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon and handle cash.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
