Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Minnesota is seeking outgoing leaders to manage all day-to-day salon operations, build a high-performance sales team, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role focuses on increasing profits while representing our brand.

MITs will undergo a comprehensive training program to prepare for a position on our Management Team. The program offers a base salary of 32,500 plus commission opportunities and a bonus program based on store performance, with uncapped commissions up

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven customer service experience.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• 1+ year of face-to-face sales experience.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and professional appearance.
• Ability to stand for 7+ hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention.
• Meet sales quotas daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Build loyalty and long-term relationships with customers.
• Increase customer traffic through local store marketing.
• Maintain client billing records and delinquent accounts.
• Keep salon clean and organized.
• Handle cash, opening/closing.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
