Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ in Phoenix invites a store leader with marketing sensibilities to join our fast-growing skincare brand. You will coach staff, drive sales, and coordinate on-site events to raise brand awareness while delivering top-notch guest experiences.

You will train receptionists, oversee service and product education, and collaborate on marketing initiatives across channels to ensure consistent FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards and growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership and/or marketing experience.
• Willingness to work onsite events, nights and weekends.
• Strong customer-service mindset and ability to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and support scheduling and daily operations.
• Assist in inventory management and product education follow-ups.
• Drive service and retail sales to meet store and individual targets.
• Lead training for Front Bar Receptionists and ensure FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards.
• Execute marketing plans to boost foot traffic and brand awareness.
• Create on-brand social media content and coordinate event activities.
