Job summary

Kiehl’s Since 1851 in Chicago is seeking a Keyholder to join the store leadership team. You will support the Store Manager, deliver exceptional customer service, and help maintain the brand's apothecary heritage in our community.

You will lead by example, drive sales, manage opening and closing procedures, train new team members, and ensure a clean, organized sales floor. Strong communication and a passion for beauty help you excel in this role.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis is required.
• No immigration sponsorship offered for this role.
• Retail, cosmetics, and customer service experience is preferred, with prior keyholder experience a plus.
• Flexible schedule with 2 closing shifts and 2 full weekends per month.
• Ability to stand on the sales floor and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish or Mandarin) are a plus.
