Job summary

Kiehl’s Since 1851 at Brea, CA, is seeking a Keyholder to support the Store Manager in driving sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will embody our apothecary heritage and influence the local audience through strong leadership on the sales floor.

Ideal candidates bring retail/cosmetics experience, excellent communication, and flexibility for shifts and weekends. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction and brand presentation in a dynamic team setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis (no sponsorship).
• Previous experience in retail, cosmetics, and customer service. Prior keyholder experience preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with basic computer proficiency.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish or Mandarin) are a plus.

Responsibilities
