Job summary

• Significant experience in product innovation or development within beauty/skincare or consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of beauty consumer behavior and skincare trends.
• Ability to translate insights into commercially compelling product ideas.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product innovation pipeline from consumer insights to launch and post-launch evaluation.
• Identify trends, ingredient innovations, whitespace opportunities and evolving consumer needs.
• Develop product concepts, briefs, positioning, and roadmaps aligned with brand strategy and business goals.
• Partner with formulation, packaging, sourcing, regulatory, marketing, creative and operations teams to bring products to market.
• Manage multiple innovation projects with clear priorities, timelines, budgets, and alignment.
• Guide testing, consumer feedback and performance analysis to refine concepts for launches.
• Champion inclusive product development reflecting diverse skincare needs and routines.
• Present innovation strategy and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative, beauty-obsessed culture grounded in curiosity and execution.
