Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of product development experience in personal care, skincare, or cosmetics.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic regulations, GMP, and claims substantiation.
• Experience leading global product launches and cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented leader with strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development from concept to commercialization.
• Oversee clinical testing programs and substantiation of product claims.
• Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Marketing, and QA to align launches.
• Manage and mentor a team of product development professionals.
• Develop technical packages, BOMs, and claims support documentation.
