You will partner with R&D, Marketing, and Supply teams to meet milestones, develop compelling product concepts, and ensure feasible formulations and compliant claims.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in cosmetic product development, skincare focus
• Experience with R&D collaboration and formulation details a must
• Strong regulatory and packaging awareness
• Ability to translate science to consumer language
• Willingness to travel occasionally

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution with R&D to meet milestones on time
• Define testing needs and oversee product testing (safety, efficacy, panels)
• Create and publish Product Profiles with features, benefits and ingredients
• Oversee product reformulation in line with strategy and regulations
• Search for new ingredients with R&D and external suppliers
• Monitor competitive product innovation and ingredient trends
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate timelines
• Prepare product briefs for R&D review and feasibility
• Track submissions and provide feedback on formula approvals
• Attend bi-weekly briefings to track development and launch plans
• Collaborate with packaging to develop options aligned with formula
• Ensure regulatory compliance across markets and review marketing copy
