Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead cosmetic product development from concept through commercialization.
• Develop comprehensive product technical packages and claims support.
• Partner with formulation chemists on benchwork and reformulations.
• Review and approve formula bills of materials.
• Oversee clinical studies and claims substantiation.
