Job summary

fresh, a member of the LVMH group headquartered in New York, seeks an Associate Manager, Product Innovation to drive skincare, lip care, body care and fragrance launches. You will help ideate, research, evaluate, develop, and shepherd projects with cross‑functional teams and external suppliers.

You bring 3–5+ years in cosmetic product development, strong R&D collaboration, and a passion for science, sustainability, and innovative consumer experiences. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in cosmetic product development.
• Experience collaborating with R&D and formulation details.
• Strong understanding of cosmetic industry regulations.
• Knowledge of skincare ingredients is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication with internal/external partners.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution with R&D to hit milestones on time.
• Define testing needs and manage product testing (safety, efficacy, consumer panels).
• Create Product Profiles detailing concepts, features, benefits, and key ingredients.
• Lead reformulation in line with strategy and regulations.
• Collaborate with R&D and suppliers to source new ingredients and manage database.
