Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership and/or marketing experience.
• Experience training Front Bar Receptionists and Estheticians is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally.
• Assist Manager with scheduling, daily cuts, and breaks.
• Support inventory counts and product ordering.
• Drive service and retail sales to meet store goals.
• Coach staff on customer service and sales protocols.
• Identify growth opportunities in staffing, average ticket, and rebooking.
• Handle client escalations at store level.
• Lead staff training on FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards.
