Qualifications

• Esthetics license preferred but not required.
• 2+ years in account management or customer service in direct-to-consumer or online wholesale.
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service role with a sense of urgency and the ability to manage a high volume of inquiries
• Quick and accurate information processing
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized, dependable, and proactive in problem solving
• Multitasking, prioritization, and effective time management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer care via phone, email, and online channels.
• Record interactions, process accounts, and maintain documentation.
• Handle orders data entry and payments efficiently.
• Monitor orders in real time and resolve delivery issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and 3PL for order processing.
• Assist customers with account setup and website navigation.
• Process return requests and manage refunds.
• Prioritize inquiries and respond within 24 hours.
