Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is hiring Skin Experts (Esthetician/Cosmetologist) to perform 40-minute facials, brows, lashes and waxing at our Austin locations. Must have an active Esthetics or Cosmetology license and be 18+.

You will deliver exceptional service, meet goals, and promote FACE FOUNDRIÉ products. Responsibilities include dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, lash/brow services, safety compliance, and teamwork with management to ensure product and supply readiness.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology or Esthetics license required.
• Developed communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests at all times.
• Achieve personal and store goals and explain/recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Perform services (dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow lamination, lash lifts/extensions).
• Rebook clients and provide service recommendations.
• Follow safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures to ensure board compliance.
• Maintain strong teamwork with FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel and assist in-store operations.
