Qualifications

• Cosmetology or Esthetics License required/preferred.
• Experience in facials, eyebrow waxing and tinting is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and customer relations abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Achieve personal and store goals.
• Explain and upsell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Perform services: facials, brow lamination, lash lifts.
• Make service recommendations and rebook clients.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with the team to promote teamwork and service quality.
• Coordinate with the manager to manage supply needs.
• Assist in in-store operational processes.
• Maintain store standards and accurate timekeeping.
• Attend mandatory trainings and team meetings.
