Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Skin Expert (Esthetician/Cosmetologist) to perform 40-minute facials, brow treatments and waxing. You will ensure state board compliance, maintain complete records and deliver exceptional customer service while meeting service and product goals.

Candidates must hold an active Esthetics or Cosmetology license and be willing to work nights and weekends. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Active esthetics or cosmetology license required.
• Experience with chemical peels and waxing preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Achieve personal and store goals.
• Explain, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Perform services including Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow lamination, and lash lifts.
• Rebook clients and provide service recommendations.
• Follow safety, sanitation and Board compliance procedures.
• Maintain store standards and assist in in-store operations.
