Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ®️ is seeking a motivated Skin Expert (Esthetician) in Fort Worth, TX to perform 40-50 minute facials, brows and waxing while ensuring state board compliance and accurate records. You will deliver outstanding client service, drive service and product goals, and maintain FACE FOUNDRIÉ guidelines.

You must hold an active Esthetics or Cosmetology license and be 18+ to apply. Nights and weekends are required with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetics or Cosmetology license required by state law.
• Experience with chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Achieve personal and store goals.
• Explain, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Perform services including cryotherapy, chemical peels, brow lamination, lash lifts.
• Advise on service plans and rebook clients.
• Follow safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures for Board compliance.
• Create partnerships with staff to promote teamwork and service.
• Notify supply needs to ensure items are on hand.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Maintain store standards and adhere to timekeeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
