Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is hiring for Skin Expert roles at South Congress and Tarrytown locations in Austin. You will perform 40-minute facials, brow and lash services, waxing, and maintain state board compliance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We offer base pay with commission, paid training, growth opportunities, and employee discounts. Availability includes weekends; full-time and part-time positions. Must hold a valid Esthetics or Cosmetology license and be 18+.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology licenses (Cosmetology or Esthetics) required.
• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow lamination, lash lifts and extensions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times to all guests.
• Achieve personal and store goals.
• Explain, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Perform services including dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow lamination, lash lifts and lash extensions.
• Give service recommendations and rebook clients.
• Follow safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures to ensure Board compliance.
• Create and maintain a partnership with FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and high customer service.
• Work with the Salon Manager to notify of supply needs to ensure items are on hand.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
