Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is hiring a Skin Expert (Esthetician) to perform facial services, brow and lash treatments, and waxing in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. The role requires a Master Esthetician with an active esthetics or cosmetology license, strong customer service, and team collaboration.

You will maintain State Board compliance, document all client interactions, and contribute to achieving service and product goals while upholding FACE FOUNDRIÉ guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must hold Master Esthetician license and active Esthetics/Cosmetology license as required by state law.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide facial services (40–50 minutes) including dermaplaning, Hydradermabrasion and chemical peels.
• Perform brow/lash services and waxing.
• Maintain State Board compliance and accurate record-keeping.
• Explain, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Follow safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures to ensure board compliance.
• Rebook clients and build lasting customer relationships.
• Coordinate with Salon Manager to ensure supplies and store standards.
• Attend mandatory trainings and team meetings.
