FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Skin Expert (Esthetician/Cosmetologist) to perform facials, brow and lash services while maintaining state board compliance and accurate records. The role emphasizes customer service, product education, and achieving service and product goals.

Licensing requirements include an active esthetics or cosmetology license where required by law. This position offers full-time or part-time opportunities with evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Esthetics license is required to perform services.
• Developed communication skills and ability to build customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with dermaplaning, Hydradermabrasion, chemical peels, brow waxing and tinting.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer service experience to guests.
• Achieve personal and store goals.
• Explain, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Perform facial services including dermaplaning, Hydradermabrasion, chemical peels, brow lamination, and lash lifts.
• Follow safety, sanitation and Board compliance procedures.
• Create a collaborative environment with staff and manage supply needs.
