As the Skills Practice Leader, you will lead the global team of facilitators that deliver CVI’s cutting edge IP to the best B2B companies in the world. You’ll ensure that our clients get transformative experiences in the training, and concrete, measurable results after. You’ll also be part of the strategy team that informs our research agenda, and decides what research gets added to our body of IP, and how.
