As the Skills Practice Leader, you will lead the global team of facilitators that deliver CVI’s cutting edge IP to the best B2B companies in the world. You’ll ensure that our clients get transformative experiences in the training, and concrete, measurable results after. You’ll also be part of the strategy team that informs our research agenda, and decides what research gets added to our body of IP, and how.

Corporate Visions is a fully remote work environment, and this position can be based anywhere within our open and desired sales territories in the United States.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the global team that delivers CVI’s Skills training offering, creating remarkable experiences for customers. Includes all aspects of people management.
  • Provide direct SME support on large sales opportunities by creating a vision and high-level program design tailored to client’s needs and goals.
  • Translate that vision to an execution plan for delivery consultants that ensures high quality, efficient, repeatable engagements.
  • Collaborate with CVI’s research and product development teams to assess new research and translate into new offerings or revising existing offerings with a distinctive CVI experience.
  • Set the industry gold standard for client experience by instilling great facilitation and coaching practices for your teams.
  • Support CVI’s performance culture by providing regular coaching and feedback to all direct reports. Performance manage team members as needed and maintain a talent pipeline to support capacity needs.

QUALIFICATIONS: REQUIRED

  • Leadership Experience: 3-5 years leading sales enablement teams and / or commercial training teams for a training provider in the sales or commercial training industry.
  • Sales / Enablement Experience: Experience as an enablement practitioner building and implementing programs, and experience in B2B direct sales and / or sales leadership.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep experience in the sales training or performance improvement industry, including familiarity with leading sales methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s Degree: Preferred in Psychology, Liberal Arts, or related field.

QUALIFICATIONS: PREFERRED

  • Familiarity with CVI training and / or messaging. Experience as a CVI client is a plus. Certified to facilitate CVI work? Even better!
  • “Big stage energy”: Experience delivering keynotes to groups of 250+ people.
