About the Role
Our client, a top producer in the financial services industry, is seeking a highly skilled Practice Manager/Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and enhance efficiency within a high-performing practice. This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and brings a strong background in financial services operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Optimize daily workflow, ensuring seamless scheduling of client meetings, internal briefings, and external engagements.
- Meeting Preparation & Follow-up: Organize agendas, prepare documents, track action items, and ensure timely execution of next steps.
- Client Onboarding & Service: Manage and streamline the client onboarding process, ensuring all paperwork, compliance, and account setup are completed efficiently.
- Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and enhance workflows to maximize productivity.
- Team Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact for internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Data & CRM Management: Maintain client records, track key metrics, and leverage technology to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive client and business information with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, or a related field).
- Experience: 5+ years in operations, practice management, or executive support within financial services, wealth management, or a similar environment.
- Skills & Competencies: Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, scheduling tools, and financial services software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Experience working with financial advisors, insurance professionals, or investment firms.
- Knowledge of financial planning, insurance, or investment processes.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 (depending on experience)
- Performance-Based Incentives: Total compensation potential of $100,000 - $130,000+
