Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks a skilled professional to join the Global Learning team, supporting the Transformation project within the Skills stream. You will help design and implement a unified skills management philosophy and framework to identify critical skills, inform upskilling decisions, and connect talent processes with the skills framework.

The role requires experience in building skills taxonomies, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and governing skills taxonomies in large organisations.
• Experience with transformation programs or large-scale initiatives.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and systems-thinking abilities.
• Excellent ability to influence and communicate with senior stakeholders, with autonomy and strategic judgment.
• Fluent in English; relevant degree in business or HR.

Responsibilities

• Support design and governance of the organization's skills taxonomy, ensuring dynamic and up-to-date frameworks.
• Connect enterprise Job Architecture with the skills framework to enable standardization.
• Oversee integration of skills data with core HR systems (HRIS, LMS, ATS) to power talent processes.
• Contribute to design of skills gap analysis for workforce planning at strategic and operational levels.
• Use data/analytics to identify reskilling and upskilling priorities and inform L&D investments.
• Drive change management to secure stakeholder buy-in and adoption across geographies.
