You will translate CDW's skills taxonomy into structured, multi-modality learning paths, ensuring coworkers and leaders develop the necessary capabilities to thrive in a transforming business landscape. The role emphasizes AI fluency and scalable learning solutions within a global context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Leadership Development, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years in learning & development roles.
• 5+ years creating and evolving development solutions for individual contributors and leaders.
• 5+ years in a skills-based organization supporting high-priority skills at all levels.
• 5+ years using a consultative approach with diverse stakeholders.
• 5+ years using learning technology platforms (e.g., Workday LMS) and design tools (Articulate, Synthesia, Camtasia, Canva) and AI-enabled tech.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a skills-based learning architecture aligned to enterprise skills taxonomy.
• Map learning experiences to Workday Skills Cloud and proficiency levels.
• Create structured multi-modality learning paths for high-priority skills.
• Develop prioritized learning pathways for critical skill gaps.
• Design, build, and deliver high-impact learning solutions using modern instructional design tech.
• Apply training methods based on objectives and audience needs.
• Establish governance and SOPs for development assets.
• Ensure consistency and quality across learning deliverables.
• Leverage learning technologies to boost engagement.
• Champion AI fluency across learning solutions and modalities.
• Integrate AI-enabled tools into learning design.
• Stay current with AI trends affecting learning and development.
