Job summary

Lam Research seeks a seasoned Skills Architect Program Manager to design and govern the enterprise skills framework across jobs, learning content, and workforce processes. You will lead taxonomy, proficiency models, and cross-functional governance with HRIS and tech teams.

The role blends skills architecture with program management to translate insights into scalable solutions, drive adoption, and inform upskilling efforts across Lam.

Qualifications

• Design and govern enterprise skills frameworks and taxonomies.
• Translate business needs into scalable skills solutions.
• Lead validation sessions with SMEs and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve enterprise skills architecture including taxonomy and proficiency levels.
• Lead governance criteria for creating, modifying, and retiring skills.
• Plan skills discovery, design, and validation with business stakeholders.
• Maintain roadmap, backlog, and implementation priorities for skills.
• Monitor taxonomy health and surface insights to drive upskilling.
• Partner with HRIS and technology teams to implement changes.
