Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Solution Architect for Strategic Projects to lead end-to-end IT transformations. You will own solution strategy, architecture, and delivery, designing scalable architectures across CRM, ERP, ITSM, and cloud platforms while guiding vendors and ensuring cross-functional alignment.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and external integrators to deliver future-ready technology solutions, govern data flows, and drive adoption with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; related field preferred.
• 8-10+ years in solution/enterprise architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Strong experience with CRM/ERP/ITSM ecosystems and cross-platform design.
• Proven end-to-end integrations, APIs, middleware, and data synchronization patterns.
• Knowledge of enterprise data models and integration technologies (REST/SOAP).
• Proven ability to lead architectural discussions and align business and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT transformation initiatives across strategic programs.
• Design and govern integrated solution architectures across CRM, ERP, ITSM and cloud.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, SI partners and service providers.
• Ensure seamless data flows and process integration across enterprise systems.
• Provide architectural leadership to implementation partners and vendors.
• Establish architecture principles, governance standards, and reusable design patterns.
• Evaluate tradeoffs, identify risks, and drive resolution strategies.
• Define solution quality standards and acceptance criteria.
