Job summary

JE Dunn in Tempe, AZ seeks a Skilled Trades Workforce Manager to educate, manage and grow the skilled trades workforce on our projects. You will work with safety, quality and field supervision to ensure training in safety, craft, productivity and leadership.

Lead staffing plans, hire strategies and certifications progression; visit job sites, partner with field leadership to deploy labor, and oversee onboarding and training programs while supporting JE Dunn’s safety culture and continuous

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience.
• Experience with Lean principles.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license.
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.
• Willing to work non-traditional hours.
