Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Skilled Trades Workforce Manager in Tempe, AZ to educate, manage, and promote skilled trades growth across our projects. You will partner with safety, quality, and field supervision to ensure training in craft, safety, productivity, and leadership.

You will oversee staffing, training, and career progression for trades, collaborate on sourcing strategies, and support project teams with workforce planning and utilization to meet labor needs.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or equivalent (Required).
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and mentor staff to ensure injury-free environments.
• Manage supply and demand of skilled trades workforce.
• Oversee internal and external hiring plans for trades.
• Develop progression through certification and training criteria.
• Coordinate with field leadership to staff projects.
• Ensure training is scheduled and documented.
