Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel as needed.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours to meet project needs.

Responsibilities

• Participates in safety and quality plans and culture.
• Participates in QA/QC planning to ensure task quality.
• Learns estimating and change management processes and tools.
• Works on site with project team to monitor crew, materials, and equipment.
• Performs punch list activities and assists with inspections and documentation.
• Provides progress updates and reports to support scheduling.
• Supports project closeout including manuals and as-builts.
