Job summary

Responsibilities include planning hiring, allocating labor to projects, coordinating with field leadership, visiting sites, and promoting diversity and inclusion. Candidates should bring 5+ years of construction experience and Lean knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu.
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles and safety culture.
• Experience with project management and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture initiatives and mentor staff to an injury-free environment.
• Manage supply and demand of skilled trades workforce across projects.
• Plan internal/external hiring for skilled trades workforce.
• Develop workforce progression through certification and training criteria.
• Coordinate with field leadership to staff projects and meet labor needs.
• Visit job sites and maintain relationships with superintendents and managers.
