Job summary

Meriton is seeking a senior recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across diverse operating companies, including skilled trades, sales, and operations. You will partner with Hiring Managers and the Talent Strategic Partner to prioritize urgent needs, while delivering a consistent candidate experience across functions.

You will build pipelines through trade schools, military programs, and community partnerships, and manage interview logistics, feedback, and offers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple locations.
• Proven ability to build talent pipelines through schools, apprenticeship programs, military transition programs, and partnerships.
• Experience managing a diverse requisition portfolio and adapting strategies for trades, sales, operations, and corporate roles.

Responsibilities

• Owns full-cycle recruiting for assigned Operating Companies and a diverse requisition set.
• Builds sustainable talent pipelines through community partnerships and proactive sourcing.
• Coordinates interview logistics and provides timely candidate feedback to hiring managers.
• Extends offers within approved parameters and manages handoff to onboarding.
